Cancer Employment Scientific days

1. General guidelines

All symposia proposals must be submitted on the website of the conference: www.canceremployment-scientificdays.com/submission-form/

The deadline for the submission is June 26th 2022, at 11:59 p.m. (CET). Proposals received after the closing of the abstract system will not be accepted.

If selected, the organizer of the symposium proposal is responsible for ensuring that all co-organizers and presenters have agreed in participating to the symposium.

The organizer confirms that if the symposium proposal is accepted, organizers, co-organizers and presenters will attend the conference. To confirm their attendance, they all have to register for the conference by November 1st 2022. If they have not registered by that date, the symposium will be removed from the conference’s programme

2. Symposium aim

Symposium aims to increase the capacity and knowledge of attendees around the latest scientific research by disseminating knowledge through intensive interaction with the audience.

Proposals for symposiums are welcome on the four axes pre-specified of the conference, as on any theme belonging to the scope of this scientific event.

The symposium duration must be 60 minutes long with up to 4 presentations.

4. Guidelines for authors

All proposals must be presented in English – Graphics or tables cannot be accepted – and must indicate:

  • the organizer of the symposium;
  • the chairperson(s) for the symposium: name, affiliation, country and email address.

If an abstract has more than one author, please make sure to list all the authors (including the presenting author) for each abstract.

All proposals should be structured as follows :

  • Abstract of the symposium: limited to 2000 characters (including spaces) for background, objectives and Added value;
  • Main implications of the symposium: limited to 250 characters (including spaces);
  • Up to 4 presentations;
  • Abstract of each presentation: limited to 2250 characters each (including spaces).  

5. Evaluation procedure & Notification

All submitted proposals will be reviewed by the Conference’s International Scientific Committee, composed of various experts in this field.

You will be notified of the acceptance of your symposium proposal in July 2022 by email.
