1. General guidelines

All abstracts should be submitted electronically to the website on the conference: www.canceremployment-scientificdays.com/submission-form/

The deadline for the submission is 7 Septembre, 2022. Abstracts received after the closing of the abstract system will not be accepted.

By submitting the abstract, you agree and confirm that:

  • it will be published on the conference’s website;
  • if the abstract is accepted, you will attend the conference in Paris.
    To confirm your attendance, you have to register for the conference by November 1st 2022. If you have not registered by this date your abstract will be removed from the conference’s programme and website.

4. Guidelines for authors

All abstracts must be presented in English.
Graphics or tables cannot be accepted.

Author and co-author(s): up to 10 (co-)authors included.
Presenter: a submitter is a by default presenter.

All abstracts have a limit of 2250 characters (including spaces – maximum of 2000 characters for Background, Method, Results and Conclusions and maximum of 250 characters for the Main implications).

Abstracts should be structured as follows:

  • Background;
  • Method;
  • Results;
  • Conclusions;
  • Main implications.

4. Evaluation procedure & Notification

All submitted proposals will be reviewed by the Conference’s International Scientific Committee, composed of various experts in this field: evaluation criteria will be adapted to the abstracts’ methodologies and disciplines.

You will be notified of the acceptance of your abstract(s) in September 2022 by email.

5. Changes in presenting author

The submitter is considered the presenting author and is responsible for delivering the poster presentation if the abstract is accepted. If the presenting author is unable to attend the Conference, a substitute presenter may take the presenting author’s place.
